Too Much on the Table?

When everything feels important, your mind never gets to rest.

This 4-hour clarity lab helps you reduce the mental load and decide what actually deserves your attention—now.

Next Workshop:

Sat, Jan 24th, 9 am - 1 pm PST

When everything feels urgent, nothing moves forward.

You’re capable. You’re responsible. You’re doing your best.

But carrying too much for too long has a cost.

When too many decisions, projects, and expectations compete for your attention:

  • your thinking gets foggy

  • energy drains faster than it replenishes

  • important things get delayed while urgent things take over

When your mental load stays high day after day, it doesn’t just slow you down — it steals your energy, your focus, and your chance to feel grounded again.

This isn’t a discipline or a motivation problem.
It’s what happens when mental load exceeds capacity.

Too Much on the Table creates space to step out of the noise, see what’s really happening, and make grounded decisions about what deserves your attention now—not someday.

What You'll Work With

Clarity comes from structure, not pressure.

You won’t be asked to prove anything or fix your whole life — just to think in a way that actually reduces the noise.

You’ll be guided through a small set of simple, structured exercises designed to help you:

  • see where pressure and overwhelm are actually coming from

  • separate what’s within your control from what isn’t

  • understand what’s draining your energy—and what restores it

  • surface one or two priorities that genuinely matter right now

create a workable next-step

The structure does the heavy lifting, so you don’t have to overthink, justify, or explain yourself.

This is about reducing noise, restoring perspective, and leaving with a clear sense of direction—not adding another system to manage.

About Your Facilitator

This session is facilitated by James Jeffley, a professional coach, facilitator, and speaker who has helped thousands of people across corporate, nonprofit, and community settings gain clarity, reduce overwhelm, and make grounded decisions about their lives and work.

For more than two decades, James has worked with individuals and groups navigating pressure, transition, and complexity—helping them slow down, see what actually matters, and move forward with greater focus and confidence.

His work is practical, reflective, and grounded in real-world experience—not hype or one-size-fits-all solutions. The tools used in this session come from years of facilitating conversations that help people think more clearly, choose more consciously, and regain a sense of direction.

It's not about doing more.
It's about doing what matters.
